This consists in a appoaching in Mediterraneas cuisine, and the famous spanish tapas, take a close look how are tapas done.
We’ll recibe you with a typical vermouth accompained by cold tapas. This will whet your appetite before setting out cook the famous “tortilla de patatas” also called “tortilla española” (the typical spanish omelet), and steamed mussels. along with making a nice jar of “sangria”
In a perfect place, and in the best envoirment, we’ll learn the culture of the spanish “tapa”.
At the end of the tapas workshop, we will head over the valencian Soho, “El barrio de Ruzafa” (the Ruzzafa neighborhood). Then we ‘ll taste the recognices as the best “agua de Valencia” (famous orange flavored cocktail) at a famous valencian establishment.
