How was My first paella born?

My First Paella was born with the idea of sharing everything that we Valencians do on our rest day; cook and eat a paella with our family or friends. An established custom throughout the Valencian Community and that our parents and grandparents transmit to us from a very young age.

We discovered that we had two main assets: the first, our passion for gastronomy, and the second, our location in the wonderful neighborhood of Ruzafa. My First Paella is an opportunity for all those who travel and love to learn about local customs. You will discover the Ruzafa market and you will learn the keys to making a good paella.
